  • chopped celery, peppers or carrots if desired
  • 1 c. vinegar (white)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Shred cabbage.

    Let stand for 1 hour.

    Then squeeze out excess juice.
