  • 18 c. corn, cut off cob
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 lb. butter

Directions

    Mix together and put in large roaster.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Put in freezer bags. Makes 9 pints.
