  • 9 inch pie shell - uncooked
  • 6 cups sliced, pared apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

    Mix cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. flour, toss with apples.

    Put in pie shell. Sprinkle with small amount of water.

    Mix together butter, brown sugar, and flour till crumbly.

    Place on top of apples.
