- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 cup warm water and let stand 5 minutes.

2Stir in buttermilk, 1 cup warm water, sugar, oil and salt.

4Cover and let dough rise until doubled (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
