- 1 c. scalded sweet milk, cooled
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Directions

1Stir in plain flour to knead.

2Let rise 1 1/2 hours.

3Knead down and divide dough in half.

4Make balls the size of an egg. Knead a few times.

5Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan.

6Dip balls in butter and stretch across pan.

7Lay close together.

8Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
