- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients in bowl; add oil and warm water. Knead until dough is mixed well, about 15 minutes.

2Grease bowl; cover dough with wet towel.

3Proof in warm place until double in size.

4Form into loaf (grease pan).

5Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; lower temperature to 350° until done.
