- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 c. white flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions

1Mix together yeast, sugar and warm water.

2When yeast foams add flour, salt and oil.

3Add more flour, if needed, to make a soft dough.

4Knead for 10 minutes.

5Let rise to double.

6Punch down and make into loaves.

7When doubled, slash tops with a sharp knife. Bake at 375° about 40 minutes or until it sounds hollow when you rap on it.
