- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 yeast (dry or cake)
Directions

1Mix yeast with water; let set 10 minutes.

2Combine dry ingredients and mix with yeast mixture after it sets 10 minutes. Cover; let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour).

3Punch down, divide in half.

4Place in 2 greased loaf pans.

5Let rise until double in size.

6Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
