- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 5 Tbsp. shortening
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix as you would bread dough.

2Let rise 10 minutes and punch down.

3Repeat 5 times.

4Form into 8 flat balls.

5Let rise 10 minutes.

6Bake at 400° for 30 or 35 minutes.

7Cut centers out, then scoop out bread.
