- 20 loaves bread
- 56 qt. evaporated milk
- 56 qt. water
Directions

1Slice, cut bread into 3/8-inch slices.

2Dip into egg and milk mixture, just long enough to wet the slices.

3Drain off excess milk then drop slices into deep cooking oil (340° to 350°) and fry until bread becomes slightly browned.
