- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- bouillon or water to cover
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Scrape, rinse and dry carrots.

2Cut into slices or quarters. Cook in saucepan with enough liquid to cover.

3Season with salt, pepper, sugar and butter.

4Bring to a boil and simmer covered until all liquid is cooked away and the carrots are evenly glazed. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
