  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. coconut
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Beat eggs until fluffy.

    Add sugar, melted butter, vanilla, white vinegar, pecans and coconut.

    Pour into unbaked 8 1/2 or 9-inch deep dish pie shell and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
