  • 2 lb. ground pork butt
  • 1/2 ground onion
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 tsp. cloves
  • 4 tsp. allspice

Directions

    In a covered pan, cook 2 to 3 hours on low heat; water will be totally absorbed when done.

    Add up to 4 teaspoons each of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
