1Heat a greased skillet. Whisk ingredients together. Drop 1/4 cup batter onto a hot skillet and spread thinly. Flip until both sides are golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and berries or other favorite toppings. Serve warm.

2I love to mix frozen raspberries with maple syrup. Heat it all in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, give it a little stir, then pour over the crepes. Yummy!
