- 12 slices bread (no crust)
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Lay bread in 2 layers in pan. Cover each layer with grated cheese; sprinkle with bacon.

3Mix eggs, milk and salt together; pour over top.

4Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
