1Heat oil to 375°.

2Remove husks and silks from corn.

3Wash and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut in 3-inch lengths.

4Place 3 to 4 pieces of corn in oil at one time.

5Be careful as oil is apt to splatter. Fry until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Salt.
