- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- Worcestershire sauce
- mustard
- salt and pepper
- oil
- vinegar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- flour
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.

2Season yolks to taste with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Pack back into whites and hold together with toothpicks.

3Dip eggs into 2 beaten egg yolks, then flour and bread crumbs.

4Fry in deep fat until brown.

5Drain eggs on brown paper.

6Remove toothpicks.
