  • 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach and noodles as directed on package and brown meat. Butter pan, line with noodles, spinach, meat, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, meat, spinach and Mozzarella cheese.

    Heat mushroom soup, milk and seasonings.

    Pour over all.

    Pour tomato sauce on top. Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
