  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 grated lemon or more (if desired)

    Grate lemon peel and meat; do not use the white part.
