  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, scrambled or fried
  • meat (Canadian bacon, sausage patty or bacon)
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 English muffin

Directions

    Rub skin with melted butter or bacon fat.

    Place on square of foil (heavy-duty if to be placed directly on coals).

    Wrap in foil, place on grill and bake, turning frequently.
