- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, scrambled or fried
- meat (Canadian bacon, sausage patty or bacon)
- 1 slice cheese
- 1 English muffin
Directions

1Rub skin with melted butter or bacon fat.

2Place on square of foil (heavy-duty if to be placed directly on coals).
