- 4 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. soda crackers (2 long tubes)
Directions

1Cook ground pork, onions and garlic for 3 hours on a very low fire.

2When it begins to stick, add a little water.

3As it cooks, mash the crackers in a little at a time to absorb

4the grease. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5When cool, put into a double shell pie crust.

6Bake at 375° until browned, 30 minutes or so.
