  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. soda crackers (2 long tubes)

Directions

    Cook ground pork, onions and garlic for 3 hours on a very low fire.

    When it begins to stick, add a little water.

    As it cooks, mash the crackers in a little at a time to absorb

    the grease. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    When cool, put into a double shell pie crust.

    Bake at 375° until browned, 30 minutes or so.
