- 1 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- about 1 Tbsp. Crisco oil (for the frying pan)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Let stand 1/2 hour.

3(If possible, make the night before and refrigerate.)

4Place Crisco oil in frying pan.

5Heat until very hot.

6Pour batter to cover frying pan, but not thick, they should be very thin, like crepes, 1 pancake at a time.

7Edges will curl and brown.

8Flip pancake; cook until brown, only a few seconds.

9Serve with syrup.
