- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Heat the milk in a pan.

2Add the butter; stir until melted. Cool this mixture just a little.

3Put eggs into blender; beat until light.

4Add milk mixture.

5Cool more.

6Add the flour, sifted with salt and baking powder.

7Beat smooth with a blender.

8Cook on hot (425°) pancake pan, greased.

9Make the pancakes thin.

10After first batch, no more greasing the pan is usually needed.

11Can be rolled up and filled with jam or filling of your choice.
