- 1 qt. carrots, diced
- 1 qt. celery, cut fine
- 1 qt. lima beans (small)
- 1 qt. cucumbers, cut fine
- 1 qt. corn
- 1 qt. onions, chopped fine
- 1 qt. green tomatoes, sliced fine
- 1/2 qt. sweet red peppers, cut fine
Directions

1Cook each vegetable separately until vegetables are barely tender.

2Season to taste with salt.

3Drain well.

4Add mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Cover with vinegar and let come to boiling point, stirring frequently.

7Pack into jars to within 1/2-inch of top.

8Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
