  • 1 qt. carrots, diced
  • 1 qt. celery, cut fine
  • 1 qt. lima beans (small)
  • 1 qt. cucumbers, cut fine
  • 1 qt. corn
  • 1 qt. onions, chopped fine
  • 1 qt. green tomatoes, sliced fine
  • 1/2 qt. sweet red peppers, cut fine

Directions

    Cook each vegetable separately until vegetables are barely tender.

    Season to taste with salt.

    Drain well.

    Add mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Cover with vinegar and let come to boiling point, stirring frequently.

    Pack into jars to within 1/2-inch of top.

    Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
