French Pork Pie

- 2 pie shells
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large potato, cooked and mashed
Directions

1Put pork, onion and spices in pan with water to cover ingredients.

2Bring to a boil.

3Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.

4Drain liquid and save. Add mashed potato and liquid until moist.

5Cool; put in pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.

7Check at 30 minutes.
