- 10 medium potatoes (2 lb.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- dash of grated nutmeg
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes thinly (use food processor if available).

2Lightly grease casserole dish.

3Layer with potato slices.

4Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5Press garlic over mixture.

6Add cream and milk.

7Bake at 400° for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft, creamy and golden brown.
