- 24 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 2- 1/2 cups Sliced Canadian Bacon Or Country Ham
- 2- 1/2 cups Sliced Kielbasa Sausage
- 3/4 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Salt To Taste

2Boil the unpeeled potatoes until fork tender.

3Depending on how large the potatoes are, this will take up to 35-45 minutes.

4Just keep an eye on them and test them with a fork to make sure they are fork tender before removing them from the heat.

5When done, drain off the water and place potatoes in the fridge until cool to touch.

7While potatoes are cooling, hard-boil 4 eggs by boiling eggs in a pot of water for 1-2 minutes, then taking the pot off of the burner and continuing to cook the eggs in the hot water for 15-20 minutes.
