- 1 can French onion soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Combine soup and butter in bowl;

2mix well.

3Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquid.

4Add enough water to liquid to measure 1 1/3 cups. Add to soup mixture.

5Stir in mushrooms, water chestnuts and rice.

6Pour into greased casserole.

7Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
