- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms (undrained)
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
Directions

1Combine soup and butter.

2Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, saving liquid. Add water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.

3Add mushrooms, chestnuts, liquid and rice to soup mixture.

4Stir all together.

5Pour into lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.

6Stir and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
