- 1 (10 oz.) can onion soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 4 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, undrained
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
Directions

1Combine soup and margarine; stir well.

2Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquid.

3Add enough water to reserved liquid to equal 1 1/3 cups.

4Add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.

5Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
