- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 oz. chocolate, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8-inch pie crust
- whipped cream
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar on high speed for at least 10 minutes. Add melted chocolate and continue beating on high speed for another 10 minutes.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed for 10 minutes between each egg.

3Add vanilla.

4Mix well.

5Mixture wil be very creamy and rather thin.

6Pour into cooled, baked 8-inch pie crust and place in refrigerator until firm, 2 to 3 hours.

7Serve very thin slices since this is very rich!

8Garnish with whipped cream.
