  • 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 sq. (1 1/2 oz.) bitter chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • chopped nuts
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Cream butter.

    Add granulated sugar gradually.

    Blend in bitter chocolate and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition, about 5 minutes, until firm.
