- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1 sq. Baker's chocolate, melted
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together.

2Add vanilla and chocolate and mix.

3Add 1 egg and beat on high for 5 minutes.

4Add second egg, beat on high for 5 minutes.

5Pour into precooked pie shell, chill for 4 hours.

6Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

7Do not try to double recipe for 2 pies.
