- 1 baked and cooled deep dish pie crust
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter (not margarine)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In a small mixer bowl, beat together sugar and butter for 4 minutes or until light and fluffy.

2Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes after each addition, scraping sides of bowl constantly.

4Turn mixture into baked pie shell.

5Chill several hours before serving, making sure it is set before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls as desired.
