- 8-inch baked pie shell
- 3/4 c. softened butter or margarine
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 oz. baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Blend in chocolate and vanilla.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well (at least 5 minutes) after each egg.

4Pour into pie shell and chill at least 2 hours.

5Serve with whipped cream.
