  • 1 lb. beef round steak, sliced in 1-inch strips
  • oil (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces (with liquid)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. diagonally sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions
