- 3 lb. stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
- 3 large peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole onions, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can small peas
- 1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large, covered crock-pot.
