- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
- 1 c. celery, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable juice cocktail
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In 2 to 3-quart casserole, combine stew

2meat, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, peas, vegetable juice, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Cover casserole with tight fitting lid. Bake at 250° for 3 to 4 hours.
