- 4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- dash of white pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- leaf lettuce
Directions

1Hard boil, crack and peel eggs.

2Cut in halves, lengthwise. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, onion salt, red pepper and white pepper.

3Add Worcestershire sauce.
