- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 8 slices white bread
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- blueberries to serve
Directions

1Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cream, milk, cinnamon and granulated sugar; whisk until combined.

2Heat 2 tbsp of the butter in a medium skillet on medium heat. Dip 2 bread slices into egg mixture, one at a time. Cook for 1-2 min each side, or until browned on both sides. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter, bread and egg mixture.

3Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with blueberries.
