  • 3 slice Sliced bread
  • 10 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 grams Milk
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream or coffee creamer
  • 1 dash Vanilla oil or essence
  • 10 grams Butter or margarine
  • 1 Maple syrup or honey
  • 1 Ice cream

Directions

    Cut each slice of bread into 6 pieces and set aside.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, then mix in the sugar, milk, heavy cream and vanilla.

    Firmly push the bread into the egg mixture so it is covered evenly and completely soaked.

    Here, you can wrap in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge if you like.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

    When melted, add the bread, turn the heat to low, and bake both sides.
