  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey, warmed 20 seconds in microwave
  • 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 slices bread

Directions

    In a mixing bowl whisk half and half, eggs, honey, salt, french vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

    Lay bread into the mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes, if not fully covered flip it and let it sit another 5 minutes.

    Melt a little butter in a pan and cook each slice until golden crispy on each side.

    Serve with your favorite toppings.
