- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans Bush's Black Beans
- 2 cups cooked rice
Directions

1Prepare rice according to package directions.

2In a 3qt saucepan over medium high heat, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until edges of onion just start to brown.

3Add black beans - do not drain off the liquid.

4Add cumin, salt and pepper

5Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve over rice.
