French Toast Bake

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 18 oz. cream cheese (brick style, 2 1/4 pkg.)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • cinnamon

    Night before:

    Cut entire loaf into 1-inch cubes.

    Set aside. In a bowl mix together eggs, honey and milk; set aside.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Evenly layer half of the bread cubes in the dish. Cut the cream cheese bricks into 1-inch cubes and add all to the dish on top of the bread.

    Top with the rest of the bread cubes. Pour egg mixture evenly over the whole dish.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
