- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can Ortega green chilies
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- salt to taste
Directions

1Grind all together and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Hollow out 30 small French rolls.

3Wrap in foil and heat in oven until very hot.

4This freezes real well and can even be put frozen into the rolls; just freeze leftover amount.
