  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. nuts (pecans), chopped

Directions

    Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.

    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
