  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. finely chopped apples

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.

    Sift ingredients and add to first mixture.

    Then add nuts and apples.

    (May have to mix by hand.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
