  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. flavoring (any kind)
  • 2 c. finely chopped apples
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix sugar, eggs, oil and flavoring; mix well. Sift flour and soda together and mix. Add apples and pecans. Bake in a pan for 30 minutes, or until cake comes from side of the pan.
