  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. dried apples
  • 1 c. pecans

    Sift flour, baking soda and salt.

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    In a large bowl, beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended.
