  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
